Jennifer Latino has built her career through experiences with a variety of student success and academic support initiatives including: new student programming; early alert and outreach; Supplemental Instruction; career development; academic recovery programming; and disability services. She has also worked extensively with curriculum review and faculty development efforts. In her current role as a Strategic Consultant with Ellucian, Jennifer is responsible for providing leadership to clients in applying best practices to support successful execution of strategic goals and objectives; Developing action plans for organizations to achieve their long-term objectives; Guiding institutions in aligning day to day activities and operations to institutional strategy; Developing comprehensive project designs in alignment with key customer goals and imperatives; and Supporting improved collaboration and organizational effectiveness through governance, communication, and change management; Guiding clients in identifying key performance indicators, targets, and initiatives to support the achievement of enrollment, academic, teaching and learning, student success, and administrative goals; and Identifying business opportunities and potential growth areas for the enterprise and business units.
