From On-prem to Cloud: Managing Change in Your Cloud Solution

One big difference between on prem and Cloud solutions is that you don't get to choose your release schedule. In other words, there's no "Go/No Go" decision. It's always "Go!" Another big difference is that there are four major releases every year, packed with new functionality and bug fixes. How does all of this affect Campus, your support team, your help desk and PMO?
