Kristi Davis has 20+ years experience working as a Business Analyst. She began her career at BlueCross BlueShield in the in technical support for the Operations department. It was a dream of hers to land a position with Duke University. In 2013, the opportunity presented itself and she accepted a position in the IT department supporting Admissions department at The Fuqua School of Business. She worked there until September 2019 when she accepted a promotion as the Technical lead for the Bursar’s office. Over the years she has worked to build her skills in PS query, BI Publisher, 3CEngine, CommGen,. Her primary duties in the Duke University Bursar’s office is configuring and managing the Tuition and Fees, generating and sending student bills, developing BI Publisher reports, running business processes, sending communications, and all things technical. She loves what she does and everyday is a blessing to work with such wonderful and skilled professionals.
