I currently serve as the Director of Operations for Financial Aid at the University of Pittsburgh overseeing the Financial Aid Systems Team and Operations Team. I began my career in financial aid as a work study student. I started full-time in financial aid in 2005, first on the functional side of the house and then got more involved with system setup and processing which I have really enjoyed. I have experience working at colleges and universities in the public, private, community college and state-related sectors. I have a BA in Legal Studies and an MEd in Higher Education Administration both from the University of Pittsburgh.
