I joined the University of Glasgow Registry in June 1995, where I worked part-time in the Graduation Team as a Clerical Assistant.
In November 2000 I became IT Support Officer in Registry where I worked for 11 years, and then in January 2012 became Student Records Manager. In these previous two roles I contributed to end user testing and the implementation of Campus Solutions.
I recently changed roles in February 2023, when I joined My Campus Support Development and Infrastructure Team as Functional Business Analyst, where I am currently involved in major projects for Hesa Data Futures and Academic Fluid Registration.
