I work with the roadmap for enhancements and fixes to our implementation of our student information system, Campus Solutions. I work in a team that concentrate on continuous improvement of systems and processes to improve student and staff experience with respect to education administration.
I have been working at the University of Nottingham since just before the project to implement Campus Solutions. That project started in 2014 so I have been working with Campus Solutions for over a decade now!
I think my background as a Business Analyst is evident in the way I work; how I look at a problem, ask questions and break it down, and how I consider solutions. I am curious, like to know how things work and why, and always want to help people get to a better way of doing things.
