I began working at The Catholic University of America in 2010 as the Coordinator of Graduate Student Services, where I oversaw all aspects of graduate student enrollment, degree progress, scholarships and awards, and graduation in the University's liberal arts school.
Since 2018, I have been working in the Office of Enrollment Services (formerly the Office of the Registrar and Office of Student Accounts) in the areas of student records and student financials. Our team handles the "behind the scenes" processing for academic record changes/maintenance, historical record corrections, student account refunds and general student account maintenance, transcript and diploma production, and record archiving. From 2020-2024 I worked with the degree audit module. During that time, I was the University's only point of contact for creating and maintaining programs in degree audit. I worked with our various schools and departments across campus to ensure the academic advisement reports were up to date and handled troubleshooting of advisement report issues that faculty, staff, and students brought to my attention.
I have experience working with Parchment to process transcript requests (our office integrated with them in 2022), as well as Perceptive Content to archive materials for both current and former students. In 2023, I worked with our Technology Services division to develop a stand-alone diploma printing web-based application that we can use and maintain in-house.
