My journey in Higher Education Administration began in 1999 at a small community college in New Hampshire. In 2001, I joined the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) as a Financial Aid counselor. My dedication and passion for leveraging technology to improve educational processes led me to volunteer as the ERP Functional Lead for the UNLV PeopleSoft Campus Solutions implementation starting in 2008. This role marked a significant milestone in my career, allowing me to bridge the gap between technology and higher education administration.
In March 2013, I was promoted to Business Analyst/Functional Architect, a role I have performed remotely from Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I am currently a Senior 2 Business Systems Analyst/Functional Architect at UNLV. This extensive experience has provided me with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within our sector.
