Jonathan is currently an ERP Analyst III at Florida State University supporting Human Resources on the Business Application Services team.
Jonathan has worked at Florida State University using PeopleSoft for nearly 12 years. Most of this time was spent in Central HR working on several HR Operational teams in various roles focused on employee data, hiring/onboarding, and administering attendance and leave.
Over the last 5 years, working as an ERP Analyst (Functional Analyst) on the Business Application Services team, Jonathan has specialized in Core HR, Employee/Manager Self-Service, Onboarding, Time & Labor, and Position Management.
He has a strong business acumen, and has worked on and lead several project teams related to core HR/employee data integration.
Jonathan believes peer engagement such as HEUG allows us the chance to keep up with arising challenges and solutions that come with the evolution of technology and society. In addition, it affords the opportunity to gain insight to out of the box solutions other organizations may be implementing, and in return offer the same to others among the HEUG. Jonathan has served on the Human Capital Management Advisory Group for the past 3 years and as chair this last year.
