I am a higher education professional with deep expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft and academic systems management. As the Associate Registrar of Systems and Technology at the University of Chicago, I am the functional administrator for our PeopleSoft system (AIS- Academic Information System) making sure the portal serves students, faculty, and administrators effectively. In addition to this role, I also work heavily with many of our third party systems such as Gideon Taylor eForms and Explorance (Blue) Course Evaluation Tool that feed into our Peoplesoft environment. I consistently ensure that the systems are interfacing properly and that the data is presented in the appropriate manner. I thrive on making people's jobs easier by designing user-friendly reports, enhancing self-service tools, and turning complex processes into streamlined, efficient workflows.
Before joining UChicago, I was the Director of Registration and Student Records at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In this role, I led the team through system migrations, optimized course scheduling/bidding processes, and improved student services.
Throughout my career, I have been the go-to liaison between technical teams and academic offices, known for making complex systems work smarter for students, staff, and faculty alike. My passion lies in blending technology with service to create better experiences in higher education.
