List of Tracks

We are seeking your presentation submissions and ideas in the following areas.

Institutions are increasingly looking for new and improved ways to engage with all customers, both current and prospective. We are looking for any session ideas which support the student journey either using any Oracle CX product (PS CRM, Eloqua, Service Cloud) or enhancing the customer experience directly within Campus Solutions through self-service, Fluid or portal solutions. What approaches have you adopted?

If you use Oracle EBS or Cloud products for Finance, Planning or Budgeting we would like to hear about your experiences and successes (or challenges!) Your sessions can be presentation case studies, tips and tricks that you've found or even if you'd like to help run a panel discussion on a particular topic then we'd like to know.

For anything that doesn’t fall into one of the above categories, e.g. Change or project management, training, end user support, reporting or approaches to data governance.

We’re looking for ideas for presentations or sessions around all aspects of Campus Solutions or student management – what have you done that you would like to share with the Community?

We would particularly welcome sessions on how you have adopted delivered functionality and your use cases for this. Have you any experiences or ideas you wish to share about how you are planning to take your solutions on that next step forward?

What would you like to discuss with the wider community? Or you could suggest a discussion group that you may like to lead.

We would welcome your ideas on sessions covering any area of the Oracle and PeopleSoft product sets.

As cloud adoption moves up the agenda for our institutions, we’d welcome sharing of your strategies and plans for Cloud/SaaS readiness and adoption. Whether going for a full-onSaaS strategy or a hybrid cloud, integration and presentation are key to a successful transformation and we’re really interested to hear your thoughts, plans or implementation experiences. How are you planning to manage the move from a highly customisable environment to a “best practice” approach? Are you planning to use Oracle’s Platform as a Service layer to deliver systems of differentiation or innovation?

In the nearer term, with PeopleSoft 9.2 firmly on the current roadmap, what are your experiences of the upgrade process, adopting the Fluid interface and ongoing management with the Life Cycle Management toolset. We’d also welcome sessions on running PeopleSoft in the Cloud and any experiences you have with the PeopleSoft Cloud Deployment Architecture.

What other innovations do you have to share or which topics would you like to lead a discussion on?
