I transitioned into the Higher Ed sector in 2010, in the position of IT Specialist for the Registrar's Office at The American College of Greece, a Jenzabar school. I started working with PeopleSoft in 2014 during my time as Reporting Coordinator at Cornell University where, apart from data reporting responsibilities, I was heavily involved in the upgrade to 9.0. In 2015, I joined Duke University where I serve as Database Analyst for the University Registrar's Office. I was a member of the Technical and Reporting Advisory Group (TRAG) from 2018-2021, having served as Co-Chair and later Chair of Communications in my final years. My current responsibilities at Duke include collecting and reporting on data to be used in programmatic decision making, researching best practices for data reporting and visualization, and PS query and MS Excel training. Technical skills include:
