Enthusiastic, professional, dedicated, reliable, adaptable, energetic, patient, customer driven--these are the words used by colleagues when asked to write something about me. I'm humbled and honored to inspire that level of trust and respect. It is my intention that these qualities form the foundation of who I am and what I bring to any task that I'm given.
I've been with Central Washington University since 2012, supporting Campus Solutions in Student Records and Academic Advising. I actively work to meet the needs of our faculty, staff and students with enhancements, and day to day support. I've worked on several upgrades and updates within Campus Solutions bringing new functionality and improved functionality to these systems which include class roster photos, an enhancement to submit and track academic early alert, related content options throughout student record pages, an enhancement to allow Veteran students the ability to request their benefits during enrollment, provided necessary reporting needs to the Veteran Center office, school of education teaching logs, advising notes and much more.
I'm eager to learn, grow and teach and this has driven me to submit presentations for Alliance each year, and I've had the honor of presenting several times. I look forward each year to bringing something new to the table and learning from fellow colleagues. In addition to this I'm active within CWU committees and HEUG.
I know I'll be an asset in all that I do, because I value learning and bridging the gap between technology and our stakeholders. I'm willing to take on new challenges, I'm passionate about building strong working relationships, developing efficiencies, and aiming for customer satisfaction targets.
