Dear Colleague:

Please participate in the Sierra-Cedar 2016-2017 HR Systems Survey, 19th Annual Edition, now available at http://www.sierra-cedar.com/hrssv4 until July 1st, 2016.

All responses are confidential and only used in aggregate results.

This is an opportunity to influence your institution’s strategic planning efforts and its future HR information system decisions.  We are committed to increasing the number of respondents from higher education institutions, and ultimately, increasing the value of our higher education-specific data for individual institutions and for the industry as a whole. The resulting report is provided free of charge to all.

We incorporated your feedback to include new questions that explore how organizations are transforming their HR technology environments, choosing services to support those transformations, and preparing for the Future of Work.

The Survey continues to investigate:

  • Strategy, process and structure
  • Adoption of all HR Technology applications
  • Deployment roadmaps, resourcing, and budgeting
  • Implementation, maintenance, and integration
  • Emerging and innovative technology
  • Outcome-driven HR

As a thank you for your participation, you will receive the following:

  • A personalized data snapshot filtered by size, industry, or region
  • An advance copy of the Sierra-Cedar 2016–2017 HR Systems Survey, 19th Annual Edition White Paper in early October 2016

The first 100 respondents will receive a $5 Starbucks card and $100 Visa gift cards will be awarded to the 19th, 119th, and 1,019th respondents.

The HR Systems Survey is the longest running, most widely distributed, and most highly participative research effort in the HR industry. Last year, the Survey collected over 1,200 individual organization responses—and with your support we will surpass this achievement! We are honored to continue this tradition of providing innovations, insights, and strategy to the higher-education HR community.

Please feel free to pass this request on to people at your institution who you feel are best qualified to respond to HR Technology questions. We will aggregate the data should we receive multiple responses from a single institution.

Best wishes and thank you!
