Students don’t read e-mails. No news there. But, what do they use and how can we provide tools to the university to reach students where they are and enhance the effectiveness of their communications to students. CY2 Connect is a cloud based product that enables communication from Campus Solutions and other systems to a wide variety of services and applications used by students. Teams, SMS, WhatsApp, Canvas, Modo, etc. are supported communication services that are controlled by students themselves to provide them with the optimal mix of communication methods for information coming from the university. We have recently done some major enhancements and extensions to this exciting product and are proud to show those to you all in this demo rich session. Using Connect to communicate, support, remind and trigger students will help you and your university in reaching students where they are and want to receive communication.
