Every day, HCM professionals across higher education are finding innovative ways to solve challenges, improve processes, and better support their institutions. In the video, I shared a message that I hope resonates with every member of our community:
Don't assume your story isn't big enough. It is.
That's what makes the HEUG community so special. We learn from one another through real experiences, practical solutions, and honest lessons learned. Some of the most valuable conference sessions don't come from perfect projects. They come from people willing to share what worked, what didn't, and what they learned along the way.
Today, our HCMS community is navigating exciting change. We're seeing:

Those are the stories our community wants to hear.
