We have an issue where we have a server where oracle HCM PUM51 PUM VM is hosted and it can authenticate my MOS credentials but later when trying to download PRPs it failes and give this error: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException
On same server HCMPUM50 is also hosted and it works and can download PRPs. Both VMs have same setup and I have gone through numerous Oracle docs etc and raised a ticket with Oracle for which I am now waiting for more than 2 weeks.
Any help is appreciated. We dont have proxy setup. We allow traffic to go through firewall to 4 URLs that oracle mentioned are reuqired to speak to their cloud servers to autthenticate MOS credentials and then downlaoding of PRPs.
