Changes to 2022-2023 Verification Requirements
Here we go again! Dear Colleague (GEN-22-06) provides information about the extension of a waiver of certain verification requirements for the 2022-2023 award year.
This HUEG thread from last year speaks to what many institutions did previously!
COD Processing
The latest PRP that has been released is Patch 34014011: REMOVE DECIMALS FROM <DIRECTLOANATTENDANCECOST>. This patch was released post PUM25, so these fixes are not included in PUM 25.
Unfortunately, there is another Bug 34175981 that has been identified with Patch 34014011. - Until the fix is delivered, the issue can be resolved using the following workaround:
- Open FAPPLINB.cbl in a text editor.
- On line 1302, change the 'H' to 'D'.
- Recompile the cobol.
- Re-test CODIN.
