Hi everyone,
We are currently in the testing phase of CS9 Bundle 17. When testing
Incident ID 1967244001 I have not been able to have the correct student
career nbr assigned to one of the programs where there are 2 programs
(same program) is in the same career. The incident details are below.
Essentially if the correct student career nbr is not assigned, then the
next step relating to waivers does not work. I don't think this is
worse than what we currently have pre-patch so it is not a show stopper
in terms of patching. I think that the 2 active programs with the same
program in the same career is an AUS phenonemum and probably unlikely to
occur in the US model.
SF: Posting error 14816,11193 occurs on the combination of Term Fee
Waiver and Course/Class Fee Waiver
After applying Campus Solutions 8.9 Bundle #20, update ID 739494, or
Campus Solutions 9.0 Bundle #13, Update Id 739506 the combination of a
Term Fee Waiver and Course/Class Fee Waiver and a student active in 2
programs, the posting error 14816,11193 will be displayed when the
student drops a class associated with the course/class fee waiver.
Scenario: when a student has 2 active programs(same program) and the
student is enrolled in classes with course class fees/waivers. In
addition, one of the term fees has a waiver associated to it.
1) Incorrect stdnt_car_nbr is getting picked up on the course/class
fees and waiver
2) After dropping classes, associated with course/class fees and
waiver, error 14816,11193 is displayed.
Has anybody seen this scenario working properly after patching in
relation to the correct student career nbr being assigned to the
course/class at the PS_ITEM_SF level?
