Australia - New Zealand (ANZ)

I am seeking information in regard to the reporting of data elements E573 and E574 to DEEWR.

TAFE Queensland being a VET provider generally reports to NCVER through AVETMISS so we have little exposure to DEEWR.

One of TAFE Queensland's institutes delivers a couple of higher education qualifications that require reporting to DEEWR and they wish to be able to capture this detail in CS9.0. 

I have not been able to identify any page in CS9.0 that would hold this information so I am wondering how (or whether) universities capture the data for these elements within CS9.0.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi All

At USQ we raised a GSC some time ago to have these values imported as part of the QTAC load. I believe that loading them as part of the VTAC load has already been delivered in one of the patches (sorry don't know which one) but the other TAC loads were not updated.

Hi everyone,

At CQUni we modified the QTAC import (CS8.9) to bring in this data.
We also modified self service so students accepting their offer get asked for this data - those students whose data came from QTAC see what they told QTAC.
The one area where I see improvement needed is where staff do direct entry - the "N/A" option seems to be used more than expected.

We get this information via our QTAC load and also have the students notify us of these values when the complete their statistical checklist (Custom built page on elf service)

I am seeking information in regard to the reporting of data elements E573 and E574 to DEEWR.
TAFE Queensland being a VET provider generally reports to NCVER through AVETMISS so we have little exposure to DEEWR.
One of TAFE Queensland's institutes delivers a couple of higher education qualifications that require reporting to DEEWR and they wish to be able to capture this detail in CS9.0.
I have not been able to identify any page in CS9.0 that would hold this information so I am wondering how (or whether) universities capture the data for these elements within CS9.0.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It is my understanding that the data respositories were delivered in Bundle #13 for 9.0. Oliver has provided the navigation below.

Although UAC collect this information from commencing students, due to our system upgrade in February this year, for 2010 enrolment we had the students notify us via our self-service page.

If you need any help with setup screen dumps let me and send you our setup.
