Subject: [anz.heug] - Call for Nominations for ANZ Student Product
    Advisory Group

Nominations are now open for positions on the ANZ Student PAG. Two
vacant positions are required to be filled outside our normal nomination
and selection period, as such the time frame that nominations can remain
    open is fairly short.

Nominations will close on Wednesday December 15th at 6pm AEDST
    (Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time)

The ANZ Community operates under the umbrella of the Higher Education
    Users Group (HEUG).

PAGs are composed of representatives from HEUG member institutions.

Membership provides an opportunity for you to serve the ANZ region and
have input about specific product features, problems and opportunities.

As a member of the ANZ Student PAG you will have an impact on shaping
the design and development priorities of the Campus Solutions product by
being a conduit between the ANZ Student HEUG community and Oracle
    product strategists and developers.

You will also be engaging through the annual ANZ Alliance conference,
participating and networking across the ANZ and broader user
environment, and helping ensure ongoing relevance of the ANZ region in a
    global user context.

You will need the support of your institution and must be willing to
commit to a monthly conference call and the Summit meeting preceding the
Alliance Down Under Conference for each year of your term. Other duties
are assigned to members and rotate around the group. For example,
Coordinator for Regulatory requirements, Communications Officer and
Student Track Chair for the conference.

The Student PAG works collaboratively with Oracle and this could involve
other assignments such as participation on a Focus Group.

Terms will be for 3 years, commencing at the Summit meeting. It is also
expected that members rolling off will attend the Summit at the end of
    their term.
