As we work together on conferences, boards, advisory groups, and online communities of practice we establish lasting friendships with colleagues from all over the world. One effect of this is that frequently we read the news from some place far from our homes and realize that we have friends in trouble. So it is now as we see the news of the terrible flooding in eastern Australia. Please know that we are thinking of you all and hoping that those affected are able to recover soon.
