We have been on version 7.x PeopleSoft modules for 11 years now and the change to version 9.x will by necessity bring about some changes to our operating procedures.
I'm hoping that some of you will be able to provide some guidance here by way of templates, useful tips, and any content you would be willing to share.
You may also have come across something useful on the net that you could point me to.
