I haven't had an opportunity to see what has been delivered in Bundle 33 however I do not believe that without a significant change to functionality that an SA revision and normal SA file can be combined.
You will be aware that SA-HELP additions are picked up by the worktable process. This works well for the University as the records can easily be identified as additions, reported and stamped as confirmation of submission. In terms of deletions and revisions to SA-HELP debts we have been handling them manually. This is not ideal however the numbers are small and manageable.
It is my understanding that OS-HELP additions/revisions work in the same way, that is, additions are picked up by the worktable process.
I do agree that the current situation is less than ideal but I do also have concerns about attempting to combine the two processes.
I too look forward to comments from other institutions regarding this issue.

Dear All,
We have recently received a patch from Oracle which includes the improvements to SA-HELP revisions entry (Bundle 33). We are looking at this now and can't seem to understand how the 'normal' submission SA-HELP File extract process can also identify and include the SA-HELP revisions data taken from the new tab in the revisions page. DEEWR have confirmed that a separate revisions file will not be made available, which would have been an ideal solution. The normal SA-HELP loans and the SA-HELP revisions are expected to be reported in the same SA file.
We are wondering how the reporting of SA-HELP revisions will be approached by your institution? One approach could be to add the revisions type to the SA-HELP (SSR_DESTWRK_SA) eg: revision - Add will be identified for the SA report.
If you have realised the same is anyone interested in supporting us in logging a case with Oracle.
Or what will be your approach in reporting SA HELP revisions?
