There's a few pages with technical/server data in the ANZ Higher Education User Group Institution Report. Is this something you would normally complete? It appears that they want the doc submitted today.
I'm not sure who usually coordinates these, probably Jason which is why I am only now finding out about it. Apologies if we usually give more lead time.

It is requested that all ANZ Higher Education User Group member institutions, whether attending the upcoming Alliance Down Under 2014 conference or not, complete an Institution Report for other ANZ HEUG members.
This email has been sent to all registered attendees at your institution and other HEUG contacts.
It is asked that appropriate individuals undertake to co-ordinate the compilation of this information this week.
The URL for the web based report document for each institution is here.
https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B370A_gV1S89WGhsSlhNazhJbzg&usp=sharingThis URL may be sent to all individuals who need to update parts of the report. Multiple people may update different sections of this web document concurrently. Google Chrome is the best browser to access the documents.
These documents have the information from either 2013 ADU or the 2014 mini-HEUG.
For institutions using PeopleSoft and RightNow CRM, please also complete the separate CRM report.
Please complete this report by Monday 3 November 2014.
