    I am interested in hearing from any other Universities who have 'switched on' Ethnic Group Self Service in particular:

    * What, if any workflow has been assigned?

    * How it has been promoted across the University?

    * What the self-service page looks like from an employee's perspective, in particular the rationale for collecting this data.
