When an employee who is over 65 years is made redundant the leave balances for accruals post 1993 and leave loading are to be treated as periodical tax and not Lump Sum A. This does not seem to work for us.
Interested to know whether this worked for you out of the box? If not and you have a solution - would like to know how you did that? :)
