Hi
We are currently investigating options that are available to us for the configuration of shifts for a small population of our employees, this may take the form of averaging over a defined period and / or 24x7 shift structures. Overtime rules and penalty rules ideally would be able to be applied.
I am keen to hear from any other Universities who are working with a shift structure within their HR / Payroll system, who would be willing to share the approach they have taken.
Regards
Jane
