Hi all,
I am fairly new to this group. I am currently working on an inventory management project for the University of Adelaide. We are currently in the early stages of implementing PeopleSoft IM solution across our University. We’d like to talk to you who have had the experience in implementing this system and particularly learn from you the issues that you have had to deal with and how you addressed them.
My contact details are listed below. I would appreciate if you could share your experience with us.
Kind regards,

Hi Marty and the group
First Marty, thanks for forwarding the link to the “Considerations for Moving to the Cloud” White Paper. Very clear, concise.
Next - you might have this information anyway, but our local Oracle Service Cloud Customer Success Manager has provided the list below. As this has from Oracle I would need to check with them before any engagement with those institutes listed that are not already HEUG members (I think most of them are). I asked for this list as part of the discussion about how to attract more members to the ANZ HEUG. Non-PeopleSoft Institutes who use Service Cloud are a potential source of new members.
The list below are the Higher Education customers that we have for Service Cloud across ANZ. There may some of the AU TAFE’s that aren’t on the list but this should give you a good view on how widespread the use of Service Cloud (and OPA in some cases) are across the region:
? University of Western Australia
? Murdoch University
? Curtin University
? Edith Cowan University
? University of South Australia
? University of Tasmania
? La Trobe University
? Monash University
? Victoria University
? Swinburne University
? University of New South Wales
? University of New England
? University of Southern Queensland
? Queensland University of Technology (QUT)
? University of Sunshine Coast
? University of Western Sydney
? TAFE New South Wales
? Federation University
? University of Canberra
? Melbourne University
? University of Adelaide
? University of Newcastle
? Griffith University
? James Cook University
? The University of Auckland
? University of Otago
? Victoria University of Wellington
Please let me know if you would like more detail about any of the above and I can see what information I’m able to share.
Kind regards
Kathryn
