I am working on the eProcurement project with University of Adelaide.
We are seeking inputs on how you manage eProcurement module usage for occasional users.
We have many users complain that they do not use the module frequently, and find it cumbersome to seek the quick guides or videos every time they have to create a requisition or receipt a delivery.
Are there any methods / features / customisations you have employed to make it easy for occasional users of eProcurement to manage their requirements easier and quicker?
Any inputs will be highly appreciated.
