    Hello All

As Renee has said please do take the time to vote. Please also remember that the vote tallying methodology has changed this year. The total number of votes for our candidates is very important, so don't rely on someone else at your uni to cast a vote, everyone needs to do it.

From personal experience I know Shayne (SR PAG), Suzanna (FA PAG) and Nikki (TAG) have already made significant contributions to their groups and are very well regarded by their colleagues. They very much deserve to continue as full members of their groups. Let's get behind them and our other candidates.

A piece of advice - the sheer number of candidates for some of the Advisory Groups can be daunting. My rule of thumb is that if a candidate can't be bothered to provide a decent biography I won't consider them. I expect to see they've taken the time to at least write a couple of considered paragraphs, ie they're taking the process seriously.

I also ask you to think about global diversity on the AG's. Look for candidates from outside the US and provided they seem to be strong candidates, consider giving them your vote.

    Thanks in advance.

    Ian
