Spring is right around the corner and so is Alliance Down Under!
We are looking for sessions submissions for the Project and Change Management (PCM) track this year, and would love to hear about your experiences in this space. Presentations could include topics relating to:
- Project Management – tell us about the good, the bad, or the ugly of projects you’ve been involved in over the past year. What project methodologies you found worked well for what types of projects? How have you successfully transitioned projects to BAU? What did you find was the best way to manage an upgrade? How did you successfully introduce new functionality or user experiences like Fluid? How have you managed both projects and BAU at the same time?
- Change and communication – what have you found are the best ways to reach end users? How has communication or change management been crucial to the success of your project?
- Training – What are your methods for training system users? Are you using any brilliant technologies to train your users that you'd like to share?
