    Hi All,

    Please note ORACLE has provided the following information.

    The QTAC and VTAC Updates for Admissions Year 2019 are now available from My Oracle Support as POCs. Both the QTAC and VTAC updates include a fix for a Citizenship update issue (Bug 28518536).
