One thing I did not draw your attention to was that I would like to do some of the phased payment (to the right of the payment sheet), particularly to recognise some people that have worked on the program for a long time, to facilitate them taking a break to recharge and be able to give their all through to the end of the program. This payment would need to be framed correctly to support the end outcome of course.
