Hi Sonali,
Thanks for the follow up. It was agreed last year that the annual ADU event be moved to June.
Therefore, The ADU conference that used to be held in November has been moved to June going forward.

Hi Lauren,
Is this the mini-HEUG or has it replaced the conference that used to happen in November ?

Alliance Down Under is coming up soon, and Call for Proposals is now open!
We are seeking session submissions for the Project and Change Management Track. I’m sure this is an area many of us are dealing with increasingly in our day to day work and your colleagues would love to hear about your experiences, lessons learned in this space, or any big plans you have for the coming year!
Sessions could include topics relating to:
* Projects – tell us about the good, the bad, or the ugly of projects you’ve been involved in. Have you had any experience with Agile Project techniques? How do you prioritise your projects to decide what gets done first? How do you manage projects and BAU at the same time?
* Change and communication – what have you found are the best ways to reach your system users? How has communication or change management been crucial to the success of your project? How has organisational change impacted on your systems and their use?
* Training and Education – What are your methods for training system users? Are you using any technologies to train your users that you'd like to share?
* Process improvement - any initiatives you are working on or have successfully implemented?
Please feel welcome to contact me (
Lauren.Shield@newcastle.edu.au<
mailto:Lauren.Shield@newcastle.edu.au>) if you have any questions at all about submitting a session. Call for proposals close on Friday 22nd March so make you submit before then! To submit a session head to the ADU website
https://www.heug.org/p/cm/ld/fid=3328&source=5 .
Looking forward to seeing you at ADU this year.
Best wishes,
Lauren Shield
