Dear All,
Thank you to those of you who were able to attend the Alliance Down Under ANZ HEUG 2019
https://www.heug.org/p/cm/ld/fid=3324 Conference which was held last week 12-14 June. It was a successful event and wonderful to see so many people attend this event.
The conference is an annual PeopleSoft user event which brings together colleagues from all over Australia and New Zealand using this system for organisational business processes and sharing their innovations and experiences with their peers.
The conference covers four main Track areas;
* Student
* Human Resources (Human Capital Management HCM)
* Finance
* Project and Change Management
The sessions presented include how the PeopleSoft system is being used for functional business processes and how technical solutions are being enhanced and utilised to fully support and assist with those processes. There were also sessions on insights of the Student Experience, Change Management and Legislative Obligations and how these are managed and fulfilled.
Please visit the HEUG website to view session listing
https://www.heug.org/p/cm/ld/fid=3352 and/or search by Track eg: Student.
New highlights this year was the successful introduction of 'Stop and Share' activities where people were able to seek information or discuss a specific issue or topic with others.
This conference is a wonderful opportunity for the Higher Education and VET sector community to come together and meet, discuss, share and network. We also get to meet and talk to our vendor representatives from ORACLE.
For details of the ANZ Student Product Advisory Group(PAG) and Student Information Group (SIG) membership please go to this link

We look forward to seeing more of you attend and become more involved at next year's conference. Perhaps run a presentation!
Have a great day!
Thank you
Linda Cecere
