Alliance Down Under (ADU) is coming up in May 2020 and Call for Proposals is now open!
We are now seeking session submissions for the Project and Change Management Track. This track encompasses a wide variety of topics including Project Management, Change Management, Communication, Training, User Support, Design Thinking, and anything else related to the delivery of our systems and processes.
Sessions ideas could include:
- Projects – tell us about the good, the bad, or the ugly of projects you’ve been involved in. Have you had any experience with Agile Project techniques? How do you prioritise your projects to decide what gets done first? How do you manage projects and BAU at the same time?
- Change and communication – what have you found are the best ways to reach your system users? How has communication or change management been crucial to the success of your project? How has organisational change impacted on your systems and their use?
- Training and Education – What are your methods for training system users? Are you using any technologies to train your users that you'd like to share?
- Process improvement and design- any initiatives you are working on or have successfully implemented?
Accepted primary presenters also receive a complimentary conference registration! Session submissions close on 10 March, so make sure you get in quick.
