Hi all
The Technical & Reporting Advisory Group is keen to collect information from the HEUG community on the types of digital assistant /chatbot and live chat technologies that institutions have implemented, and the use cases for which they have implemented them.
After publishing the results of this survey for the community, we hope to work with a selection of respondents to publish a case study blog post later this year summarising the solutions they have in place and their experiences in implementing these.
