Excellent! Well done Ron. Congratulations to you and all of the team
involved.
Not to take anything away from your magnificent achievement, but we too
have had a recent delivery...
On 3 August we went live with HCM v9.1 including the recruitment module
(Candidate Gateway/TAMS), Global Payroll, ESS/MSS etc, as well as a new
IdMS (that part was a little scary - felt like flying the plane while
trying to read the instruction manual).
We're really stoked that we've successfully run 2 pays - staff are
happy, and the IRD are happy which can only be good.
This whole project was more than a challenge given the organisational
restructuring that's going on around us - we're really proud of the team
for their professionalism and commitment.
The Project team were fabulous and did an outstanding job as did all of
those in the wider university who were involved - a cast of thousands at
times.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Rik, Ros, Sam and
the team at ANU for their contribution and support in the early stages
of this project - it has been invaluable to us in more ways than one.
