A narrative of the EDX journey of UoA. With an initial attempt aborted due to errors, we restarted our attempts with a proof of concept, and then conducted a pilot with one supplier. The initial set up took a long time with constant choosing between customization and configuration. We also migrated to 9.2 from 9.1 in the middle of this project, requiring some additional work.
