In 2014, TAFE NSW North Coast Institute purchased the Oracle CX Cloud CRM suite. Faced with significant system and process challenges, a radically new government funding model, and private competition, this is the story of how CRM helped North Coast RTO transform its customer engagement and administration model, build a lead to enrolment conversion system from scratch and continue its dramatic enrolment growth despite the odds.
