UQ currently has a customisation which allows us to manage and migrate our configuration between environments. In an effort to streamline and simplify our overheads, we are reviewing this and looking at how we can use data migration scripts and Data Migration Workbench to manage this. We are interested in what other uni’s do; how much is “mastered” in production, how much is migrated and how everyone manages this. How much testing happens on this configuration? Technical and Functional perspectives welcomed.
