In this presentation we will discuss our first hand experiences in building a couple chatbot scripts leveraging the Oracle Mobile Chat Enterprise Cloud and PeopeSoft. We will cover how we provisioned a complete OMCe stack, created custom connectors and shared APIs for integration into PeopleSoft and how we created the intents/entities that match these to use cases.
