At USQ we have now delivered online requests for personal details changes, return to study, reduced study load, confirmation of enrolment extensions, waive without penalty and credit transfer. We use delivered activity guides for student forms and have developed in house staff processing pages, automated communications via our CRM and automated document storage in our document repository. Feedback has shown this to be a highly successful implementation with reductions in workload and quicker turn around times for students.
