This session will present some details about the Brazilian chapter of the HEUG, its members and how the activities and meetings are being conducted. Since 2015 some initiatives of collaborative work were implemented and many experiences, knowledge and even products have already been exchanged among members. Some localization products resulting from the local HEUG will be presented, as well as the way PUCPR has incorporated the relationship processes with the user group and with Oracle.
