Thinking outside-of-the-box when it comes to communicating with the campus community is critical to the success of system implementations and upgrades. Sending mass emails makes you feel like you’re getting the word out, but what if the emails don’t get read? In this session, we will be focusing on the different ways to reach faculty, students, and staff and how the Change Management team at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is tailoring our communications to each audience so they have what they need to be successful.
