This session will introduce the use and research around Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) within Higher Education, differences between these tools, role of digital marketing automation, CRM/MAPs in action, expectations, and steps for preparing for a successful implementation. In addition, the presenter will share insights from the University of Windsor’s implementation of Oracle's Eloqua, as part of UWindsor's Enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools. This session should be helpful to individuals who are considering the selection and implementation a MAP tool at their respective institution to enhance student engagement.
