PeopleSoft Cross Applications Integration for Commitment Accounting

We have needs to decentralize certain requisition functions from FMS back to their source applications e.g. PeopleSoft HRMS for staff requisition, SIS for studentship awards, etc. while real-time budget checking is required to ensure all spending are within budget. We will share our challenges faced, approaches adopted and the rationale behind.
