Student Central is the first port of call for students to get face to face assistance or wait for their appointment with a Career Development, Academic Skills, Student Success or Program Adviser. With no formal queuing process, students gathered restlessly in the small inside space and at times queued out the door. The CRM Team were asked to provide a solution for queuing and appointment check-ins with NO funding.
