Using only delivered functionality, including 3C Engine, jobs, jobsets, checklists, and PS query, Bowling Green State University (BGSU) has improved customer service and removed barriers to federal financial aid eligibility by increasing the sophistication of our checklist assignment processes. At BGSU we use a set of 3C Event Definitions to request only the specific documents needed to complete financial aid verification for each student. In this presentation we will go over the steps taken to improve this process and share elements of our setup related to these items.
